RUSTARK DOUBLES ITS PRODUCTION CAPACITY: INVESTMENT IN THE FUTURE

RUSTARK LLC IS EXPANDING ITS CURRENT PRODUCTION IN KRASNODAR REGION AND IS LAUNCHING A NEW PLANT FOR THE PRODUCTION OF MODIFIED STARCHES.

RUSTARK, being one of the leading grain processors in Russia, announces a large-scale expansion of its production capacity. As a part of its development strategy, in the 3rd-4th quarter of 2026, the company is going to increase its raw material processing volume from 600 to 1200 tons per day. In addition to boosting the output of its traditional products (starches and syrups), RUSTARK is going to start producing new ingredients of VYSCODEX modified starches, with a total capacity of over 60 thousand tons per year, including a wide range of food and industrial modifications.

RUSTARK-1200 Investment Project is an important step towards import substitution of high-tech starch ingredients in the Russian market. Increasing the production of basic starch products and producing new high-quality ingredients by RUSTARK will allow domestic consumers to reduce import dependency and gain access to competitive, high-quality Russian-made products.
 

By now, the key stage of RUSTARK-1200 Project has already been completed: the main technological equipment has been purchased and installed at the production site in the Krasnodar region. Within the upcoming months, the company will carry out commissioning and start-up works, which will ensure phased commissioning of new production lines and their reaching designed performance.
 

The project became available due to state support from the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation and the Administration of the Krasnodar Krai. A special contribution was made by Sberbank, the company's key financial partner. Sberbank support in financing the project confirms its investment attractiveness and strategic importance for the economy of the region and the country.
