RUSTARK Amylopectin Starch: A New Functional Ingredient for the Food Industry
Rustark has launched a new type of starch, made from waxy corn, onto the food industry market. This starch has unique properties compared to traditional dent corn starch: it contains up to 99% amylopectin, which gives it specific characteristics and advantages.
The product's unique qualities have been studied in detail by specialists at Rustark’s Research, Development and Product Promotion Center. The team conducted a comprehensive analysis of the physical, chemical, technological, and functional properties of amylopectin corn starch and identified potential areas of application in the food industry.
Special attention has been given to key areas of application in the meat, food concentrate, and confectionery industries, where the use of the new starch will significantly improve the appearance, sensory characteristics, and functional properties of the finished products.
The launch of significant volumes of amylopectin starch on the domestic and foreign markets marks an important stage in Rustark’s evolution and opens up new horizons for the industry as a whole. These innovative technological solutions will enable product line expansion and enhance finished product quality.
