RUSTARK Lab technological intensive on Multydex maltodextrins
Based on its research and development center, RUSTARK Lab holds training and development events for food industry technologists.
As part of a client workshop held in December 2025, specialists from RUSTARK Research, Development and Product Promotion Center in Skolkovo introduced the scientific, methodological and technological background technology for the production and application of Multydex maltodextrins in food systems. A demonstration of Multydex maltodextrins advantages in the production of vanilla ice cream, fruit sherbet, low-solids sorbet, sugar-based and flour-based confectionery, beverages and other products was carried out at RUSTARK Lab. Workshop participants were presented with the theoretical foundations of maltodextrins application. Furthermore, the efficiency of various food product formulations produced at RUSTARK Lab was demonstrated through a tasting event.
Based on the results of the activity, the functional and technological properties of Multydex maltodextrins for improving food quality and developing new formulation solutions for target production processes were demonstrated.
